Sommelier Guided Wine Class
Location: River Stone Chophouse, Suffolk
Theme: Sonoma California
Deep Roots Coalition is a collective of top producers in Oregon committed to sustainable agriculture and dry-farming. Their wines are stunning examples of the depth and complexity of Oregon wines. We will focus on single vineyard Pinot Noir, but will also showcase a white/rosé wine. Note: these wines are pricier so the ticket for this class is higher than my normal classes- it will be worth it!
Vino Culture wine classes are engaging, educational, and VERY fun! You will learn how to taste wine like a sommelier, why soil type matters, how different wines are made, who the key producers are, how long to age your wine, what glassware to use, and so much more! Come to one class or attend them all- I guarantee you will leave feeling empowered and excited to share your knowledge with others. Participation is encouraged regardless of your expertise level.
Tickets: $49/person (not including tax/gratuity) and are purchased the night of the event after the class
6 wines are served with light cheese and charcuterie. All wines are available to purchase at discounted retail prices. Wines will be purchased the night of the event, and picked up in that location within 2 weeks of event date.
Time: 6:30-8:30pm Come early or stay after the class to enjoy food and drinks in the restaurant
