What we’re about
This is for anyone interested in learning how to make traditional Italian food. This group is hosted by the Italian American Heritage Foundation in San Jose and includes a number of chefs from different regions of Italy. Some native, some with an American influence, but all with a passion and love of authentic Italian food. The events will allow you to interact with the chefs to ask questions and exchange tips.
