Hosted by @beccasaud, Birmingham Supper Club is a series of ticketed dining experiences hosted at rotating venues around Birmingham, UK with a focus on community family style dining partnering with local businesses to promote supporting the independent community in Birmingham. Each Supper Club will be raising physical donations for a local community in Birmingham.

What is a Supper Club?
A meal shared by a group of people who may or may not already know each other. The food will be prepared by each venue and be included in the ticket price.

Who can come to a Supper Club?
Anyone 18+!

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. We have family style dining so don’t worry if you’re coming solo. Booking in a group is recommended if you prefer to be sat together, or drop an email for seating requests

Who will be there?
Local pillars of the community, your neighbours, people who love dining out

Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes! Our current Supper Club will be inclusive to Vegan, Halal and Gluten-Free diets. When booking your ticket you will be asked to confirm this.

Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Our current venue is wheelchair accessible up to 300kg

    Welcome to Birmingham’s First Thanksgiving Supper Club hosted by American turned Brummie @beccasaud at The Rolling Mill in the heart of the historic Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham, UK.

    This is a private ticketed event, open to anyone in the community.

    Your £70 ticket includes:
    Welcome Drink (non-alcoholic option available) and traditional American Thanksgiving dinner served family style with dessert followed with a Thanksgiving Pub Quiz to test your knowledge and win some prizes donated by local Birmingham businesses. There will also be ice breaker games, professional photography with a photo backgroup to capture a night of Community.

    We'll be running a Canned Food Drive at the event and are asking each attendee to bring at least 1x canned food item to donate to a local Birmingham Food Bank.

    This event is partially funded by JQ Common Room who helps faciliate community events through mirco-grant funding.

    The Menu:
    🦃 Herb-Roasted Turkey with sage, parsley & thyme, finished with rich homemade gravy
    🥔 Buttery Garlic Mash — the ultimate comfort side
    🧀 Mac & Cheese with velvety butternut squash sauce
    🥬 Green Beans in Onion Butter, topped with crispy onions, sunflower & pumpkin seeds
    🌿 Creamed Spinach, silky and satisfying
    🥕 Citrus-Glazed Carrots for a bright, sweet bite
    🌽 Spicy Jalapeño Cornbread browned to perfection in butter
    🍠 Sweet Potato Tart crowned with toasted marshmallows
    🍒 Classic Cranberry Sauce with a tart, festive kick
    Dessert
    🥧 Warm Pecan or Apple Pie with vanilla-infused Chantilly cream
    ☕ Served with your choice of coffee or tea

    FAQs
    Can I buy tickets that day of the Event?
    Unfortunately due to the dietary requirements and table seatings, we will not be selling tickets at the door.

    Do I need to bring anything?
    Traditionally guests at Thanksgiving will usually bring something for the host, in line with that tradition we are kindly requesting guests to bring in some canned food items for donation to a local Birmingham Food Bank.

    Can I come with a dietary restriction?
    Yes! We are inclusive to Halal, Vegan and Gluten-Free diets. When booking you will be asked to confirm your dietary needs. Please email if you are unsure.

    Whose cooking?
    The kitchen staff at the Rolling Mill will be cooking the food on-premises.

    How many courses will there be?
    There will be two courses, main and dessert. The main will be served family style where you can second and thirds portions of anything on the menu-so come hungry! Dessert will be a choice of pecan or apple pie served warm with an option of tea or coffee included.

    Is there alcohol there?
    Yes, there will be a full service bar available for additional drinks to purchase.

    Why do you ask my age when booking?
    So we can confirm you are of legal drinking age

    Can I bring my kids?
    Unfortunately this is 18+ Event

    Can I come alone? What is the seating like?
    Of course, don’t worry about sitting alone! We will have family style dining-so think Hogwarts style long big tables. We recommend booking in a group if you would like to be seated together. If you and your friends have multiple bookings please email to request to be seated together and we can accommodate that.

    What’s the dress code?
    Cocktail casual (definitely dress like you’re about to eat a big meal so you’re comfortable). Think smart trousers, cocktail dresses, blazers, collared shirts (no tie needed!).

    What will we do from 7pm-12am?
    We’ll have a Mixer Bingo game throughout the evening, Photography backdrop provided by The New Photo Company, full dinner with dessert served with tea/ coffee & we’ll be ending the evening with a Thanksgiving Pub-Quiz with prizes from local businesses after.

    What will the Pub Quiz be on?
    Thanksgiving of course! Get studying (Tip: Pop culture Thanksgiving episodes may be included).

    What are the Pub Quiz prizes?
    Vouchers, experiences and physical prizes. Just a little something!

    What does funded by JQ Common Room mean?
    It means we applied for a local micro-grant and were awarded £1000 to spend on capital expenses, meaning purchased goods that can be reused for future Supper Clubs. These items are under the possession of JQ Common Room, and can be used by anyone in the community after.

    Is this Event wheelchair accessible?
    Yes! The Rolling Mill is wheelchair accessible with a lift that has a 300kg Max capacity
