What we’re about

Business and Professional Women of Denver (BPW Denver) was founded in 1919. This organization has, and continues to be, a leader for women's rights at the local, state, national, and international levels. As a local chapter of BPW Colorado, it is affiliated with the International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW International), National Federation of Business and Professional Women (NFBPWC), Colorado Women's Education Foundation and the  Business and Professional Women's Foundation. Our affiliation with these organizations provides us with the capacity to impact women and the issues that affect them, both nationally and internationally.
BPW Colorado employs several education, advocacy monitoring and tracking strategies to meet the following priorities:

  1. The Alice Paul Equal Rights Amendment
  2. Economic Equity and Justice
  3. Health Equity and Justice
  4. Human Rights
BPW are sisters who fight for equal rights, support each other in their business and personal lives, and develop life long friendships.
