Attention- Anyone looking to get in better shape, feel better, meet cool people in the movement culture or start a new interesting hobby. Training traditional Muay Thai we explore the concept of Raja yoga or the Yoga of gaining enlightened by pushing your body perhaps beyond what you thought you could do. All levels especially beginners welcome. We embark upon some Asana (yoga pose) practice in preparation for meditation as well as discuss our experiences with meditation. Learning is exercise for the brain. Our goal is to invigorate the brain as well as enliven the body by learning some new movements. Finishing each meet up with a short quiet group meditation we hope to at each individuals pace begin to acknowledge and affect the relationship between our brains, our bodies and our breath for optimal health, clarity, effectiveness and wellbeing and to create a movement and mediation culture amongst each other and a habit that will enhance our daily lives and our function within our communities as we trail blaze into a bright future!
