That’s where you can work on all of this and more!

We are a small but power packed group of men who come together to help each other become better versions of ourselves.  We focus on how “iron sharpens iron” and work together to make each of us stronger and sharper.

We are not a therapy group or warm and fuzzy support group.  We are hard chargers, each in our own way, who are committed to “doing the F’ing work” to get past our shit and live fuller, more complete and more fulfilling lives.

We are focused on, and dedicated to, becoming the best possible versions of ourselves as men. Men holding each other (and ourselves) accountable to grow and evolve. In our families and society, we are  taught how we are "supposed to act" as men - but that isn't always in alignment with our authentic selves. This group helps men find and enhance their authenticity and thereby their positive impact on everyone around them.

We meet every other Thursday from 7-9 PM.  We check in and either work with one of the members on an issue or an opportunity that has come up – or we work on some study (book or podcast for example) that we collectively agreed to work on.  Either way - you will walk away from our meetings with a sense of camaraderie, excellent perspectives and insights (your own that come up or maybe something someone else shares with us), actionable things and accountability to grow in the ways YOU decide are important.
