Insights Therapy

The session starts with a seated meditation, followed by a dharma talk and group discussion. All levels of practitioners are welcome.We will be exploring different types of meditations such as guided meditation, self inquiry, transcendental, sufi, zen, vipassana, mantra, qigong. Exploring different topics to find our true authentic self. What to bring There will be the standard mats, but you can bring yours if you prefer to sit or lay down on yours. You could also bring some back support as well. You could also bring some yoga props (bolsters and blankets), which you can incorporate for more comfort. And there’s always the wall where you can sit against. I actually encourage you to lie down. Entering the room Please enter the meditation room and space quietly and mindfully and keep conversation to a minimal. Others may already be sitting in silence so your thoughtful consideration of other's practice is appreciated. Engaging in conversation is encouraged during the tea break. If you arrive late, we ask that you enter mindfully and quietly take a seat in the meditation room. Price The meditation will cost 5BD.
