This is a group for working moms who want to lose weight and lead healthy active lives but already feel overwhelmed by responsibilities to their families and jobs and just don't know how to balance those responsibilities and their own needs and desires.
Join us for a fun, and engaging, exploration of fitness, nutrition, and personal development to make your life all it should be. During our events, we will discuss topics such as losing weight without starving, how to improve sleep, managing time, how to not be a short order cook for your family, how to fit exercise into your routine and more. I am always open for suggestions on topics you would like to learn more about or activities you would be interested in.
