This group is based on gratitude and the emotional benefits that comes from consciously exploring it in a regular, structured way. Guided by facilitator Billy Zima participants will be introduced to BLISS, the innovative 5 step method of introducing and expanding gratitude in our day to day lives leading to a happier life.
