Celebrate Iowa's Walking Club 40th Anniversary

Join Iowa's Walking Club as we walk the trail they first walked 40 years ago in Des Moines first park. Enjoy the nature trails and local art center. In addition to the walk, there will be lunch, cake and a presentation at 1 p.m. Start anytime between 10:30 and noon. There will be a 5 and 10k trail. We will be carpooling from Omaha, so let us know if you are interested in a carpool. Fee is $4. Exact change is appreciated. Start will be at the open shelter past the Sylvan Outdoor Theater.
