What we’re about

This group was founded to help participants achieve their goals. Whether your goal is professional, educational, whether it is a health and fitness goal, or perhaps a parenting goal, this group is structured to support many different types of goal setting. Even if you have something simple, like getting more things done around the home, we support those goals too! When you join the group, you state what items you want to achieve. The group then shares ideas on how you can move forward towards meeting that goal.

If can often feel overwhelming when you've got alot on your plate, but only so many hours in the day. If you have something that has been on your to-do list for a long time, but you just don't seem to be able to get through it, this group is for you!

We meet every other week online. Each participant shares 3 or 4 goals they want to achieve. Select a time period. For smaller goals, participants usually say they want to get that goal completed before our next meeting (in 2 weeks). If it is a more complex goal, we break it down into smaller, incremental goals. Then the next time we meet, everyone shares the progress they've made toward their goal. If they've completed it, great! If not, we share strategies on how they can best move forward.

I have been a Project Manager for over 15 years. In that time, I've helped organizations achieve their goals in the IT, educational, pharmaceutical, insurance and healthcare industries to name a few. I have a passion for sharing the positive things than can occur in your life when simple project management principles are applied. I am based in Kansas City, Missouri, but since our group is online, participants from any location are welcomed to join.
