Whether you are a seasoned philosophy enthusiast or simply curious about how ancient wisdom can guide modern living, join us for an afternoon of stimulating conversation, knowledge sharing, and camaraderie as we read and discuss Seneca's philosophical letters to Lucilius. We will start with letters 1-5. Feel free to read on from there!

We will meet in the back room of Java Cabana 901 Coffee House.

Agenda:
1:30pm - 2:00pm: Open discussion, etc.

  • Grab some coffee, tea, and snacks from Java Cabana 901
  • Open Q&A and discussion about Stoicism
  • Topic introduction

2:00pm - 3:30pm: Reading and discussion of the Meditations

  • We'll read through letters 1-5 together and discuss our practical insights.
