Anger is powerful. But what’s underneath it?

For many men, anger is the only emotion we’re taught to show. It masks hurt, shields fear, and protects the parts of us we’ve been told to hide.

This July, Men’s Circle explores anger, not to suppress it, but to understand:

• Who are we angry at?
• How does anger show up in our bodies, our relationships, our silence?
• What are the stories beneath it—disappointment, betrayal, shame, powerlessness?
• What does healthy anger look like? And how can it serve rather than destroy?

Just a safe, grounded space to explore one of the most misunderstood emotions in a man’s life.
