Dear Fathers, Step-fathers and Father-figures,

Join us for a fathers' men's group, including a practical Q&A session, co-facilitated by parenting expert, Noel Janis-Norton and "The Man Whisperer" Kenny Mammarella-D´Cruz.

This event is for all fathers who are keen to explore and improve their emotional well-being and that of their families.

NOEL JANIS-NORTON is a learning and behaviour specialist with over 45 years experience as a head teacher, special needs advisor, trainer, bestselling parenting author and consultant in Britain and the United States.

Noel founded Calmer, Easier, Happier Parenting and Teaching over four decades ago, and Kenny took part in her trainings in the late 1990s. He has been using her techniques with people of all ages in his own work.

KENNY MAMMARELLA-D'CRUZ is "The Man Whisperer" (Newsweek) who helps men achieve their life, relationship and career goals. As a personal development consultant, Kenny runs workshops and sees individuals, PARTNERS AND GROUPS for private consultations. He’s been facilitating men’s groups in London for over 15 years and he trains people to facilitate their own men’s groups and conscious conversations. These trainings are open to men and women who wish to communicate better with men.

THE CALMER, EASIER, HAPPIER PARENTING approach provides practical, effective techniques to motivate your children to want to listen and cooperate. When you use these positive parenting strategies, your child’s behaviour and self-esteem will improve – and so will yours! Family life will become significantly calmer, easier and happier.

We'll explore issues such as...

• Appropriate discipline
• Sibling squabbles
• Morning mayhem and Bedtime battles
• Weaning children off their dependency on electronics
• Homework frustration
• Encouragement vs pressure
• Divorce / separation
• Fathers feeling neglected
• Extended family issues (e.g. interfering grandparents)

Our aim is to listen to your needs, learn from all our experiences and point you towards the tools that can help us to move forward for the good of all.
