A men’s group is a group of men, sitting in a circle, hanging out and getting real.
We laugh, listen, celebrate life and grow together as we share our experiences, thoughts and feelings beyond our masks.
We respectfully challenge one another to be better, more authentic men, without telling each other what to do or how to be. There is no pressure and it’s fine to say "Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.
Life doesn't have to be bad to come to a men's group. We've been successfully growing - from the good, the bad and even the ugly - as individual men and as a community, since 2002.
Watch our 15 min demo of a two and a half hour men's group at Southbank's Being A Man Festival:
We are accepting, accountable and we want more out of life.
We acknowledge who we’ve been and we test drive who we want to be, taking the best of ourselves out into the world.

OPEN GROUPS VS CLOSED GROUPS
This is an 'open' men's group, which means that any man can drop in on a one-off basis.
MensSpeak also has 'closed' men’s groups, where men commit to attending every month, for six months. (Most men stay for years.)
Closed group men enjoy greater familiarity, friendship and trust, which leads to more openness, honesty, accountability, support, as we progress on our life paths. Lifelong friendships are forged for some, others come to do their personal work, get self-aware and gracefully move on.
Closed group men also enjoy discounts, special rates and first dibs on popular events.
Closed group six month terms begin in July and January, with trial sessions in June and December before committing. Closed groups meet on the 4th week of each month. Limited spaces available, so please contact me ASAP if you're interested and I'll see if there's space available.
NOTE: The group is facilitated by Kenny Mammarella D'Cruz (http://www.themanwhisperer.co.uk). It's not a therapy group, not an encounter group, not a w*nk group; not a group for or against men or women, not a religious group, not a political group, not a group of anything apart from whatever the men present bring to it.
