Gentle Yoga with Essential Oils



Gentle yoga is great for beginner students wishing a slower paced class, someone getting back into a workout routine or anyone with a medical issue that may preclude them from taking a mixed level yoga classes.

We begin with a relaxing meditation, and move through gentle poses designed to warm up your body and increase flexibility and strength, while honoring any issues you may be experiencing.

It’s a wonderful way to relieve pain, release stress and nurture body and spirit. During the final relaxation meditation receive a lavender aroma reiki touch on shoulders and face to stimulate different pressure points, if desired, and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
