What we're about

The Mettā Collective leads FREE mindfulness and mettā (loving-kindness) meditation in Windsor, Ontario.

The purpose of the collective is to:

- Bring the power of meditation to the community
- Build a network to inspire regular practice
- Share the loving-kindness that we build with our community

Our next session is on March 23, 2019 and it starts at 11 a.m.

We are open to all paths of life. The sessions are guided session which is perfect for beginners. Sessions will continue bi-weekly starting in April.
