Hi, I am moving, so the rename of our group! The title is more inclusive now and less specific. For the last few years rides have been scattered around the east bay, and I'll continue to offer that variety and maybe some broader bay experiences. Change is good and I'm glad to be able to continue to lead this great group!
(Mhy is pronounced my). This group is dedicated to getting outdoors and being present as we enjoy a sweet connection with the earth, each other and the greater universe. Meetups will be a combination of the three activities (meditation, hiking yoga). Sometimes it will be all three and others just one or two. Individual event descriptions will include recommended attire and gear.
As a long time yoga teacher, hiker and meditator, I will offer modifications for yoga poses and meditation guidance. Hikes will be easy to somewhat moderate and typically will be 3-5 miles. Yoga will be accessible for all levels. The events are free to members.

Group norms.
- Be respectful of others at all times.
- Please be silent during meditation, so others can focus.
- No hikers left behind.
- Dress appropriately.
- Bring water for sure, and snacks if you'd like.
- As with all activities, you do so at your own risk. Listen to your body and do what is right for you.
- Please edit RSVPs by 12noon on the day proceeding our event. Often there is a waiting list, and if you respond at the last moment there is no time to contact others. In addition, if you d not change your RSVP and are a no show, you will only be moved from the waitlist after everyone else has had a chance.
By joining our group and participating in our events, you agree to hold the organizers, event hosts, and members harmless from any loss, damage, or liability that may occur during the event or in transit to/from the event.
The event is free and donations are gladly accepted.
