Great opportunity to make links, share information or more importantly give yourselves a few hours break.

    About Head Chef & Trainer Martin
    Growing up in the trade, his parents ran hotels in Lyme Regis
    and Broadstairs. On completing his training he started work
    at Simpsons in the Strand, London. Progressing to 4 & 5*
    hotels he became Senior Sous Chef at Ettington Park Hotel,
    Stratford upon Avon, winning the prestigious Hotel of the
    Year Award. After working in some Two Star Michelin hotels,
    Martin moved to the South West in 2013 with his family,
    becoming an NVQ Hospitality Assessor, training to chefs and
    front of house staff. He is now supporting our people in their
    progression towards independence.
    Prepared and served by our NVQ trainees, all gaining
    valuable experience in their progression towards
    employment
    An opportunity for local charities and social enterprises to get together
