An evening of live theatre at San Jose Repertory

Young Professionals Mixer

“Disconnect” at San Jose Repertory Theatre
Thursday, March 21 at 7:00 pm

Looking for a new way to meet other young professionals? Wondering if there’s an alternative to your usual social activites? Consider a night of live theatre! San Jose Rep is hosting a Young Professionals Mixer in conjunction with the first preview performance of “Disconnect.” Enjoy wine and cheese in a private lounge with fellow theatre-loving (or just curious) Bay Area young professionals. After the mixer, watch the first preview of the West Coast Premiere of “Disconnect,” a play set in an Indian call center that depicts the connections and disconnections between economies and peoples on opposite sides of the world with bitter humor and candor.

Buy your ticket at the box office before the mixer at Pay-What-You-Will prices - $10 requested, but any amount accepted – then join us in the lounge for socializing. We will reserve a block of seats for everyone at the mixer so that you don’t have to worry about rushing to find a seat.

You must RSVP for this mixer by accepting the invitation below so that we know how many seats to reserve, and you must buy a ticket at the box office before attending, up to a week prior to the event.

This is our first mixer, and we will be asking you for suggestions about making this a permanent fixture at San Jose Rep.

For information about the play, visit the San Jose Rep web site (www.sjrep.org) or view the playwright interview.
