Yoga - Aikido workshop (Yokido)
Details
Yokido blends Vinyasa yoga with Aikido-inspired movement to create a fluid, grounding practice.
Through spirals, circular transitions, and mindful breathwork, you’ll learn to move from your center (hara), building stability, softness, and embodied awareness.
Expect flowing sequences with Aikido influences, simple partner or solo exercises, and a calm, playful atmosphere suitable for all levels.
The class ends with a deep relaxation accompanied by crystal bowls, inviting full release and stillness.
Note: this class is not suitable for pregnancy. Mats are provided, just wear comfortable clothes and have fun :)
