We had a rough start to this meetup, what with the snow storm in November putting a damper on our first walk. So, hopefully our second meetup will go a bit better. This photo-walk will have the theme of Perspectives. You can get some great shots by placing your camera on the ground, or on the park bench, and shooting straight out or up. What sort of shots can you get by shooting through the rails around a patio, or using a reflection in the window?
Perspectives is all about taking an image from someplace other than where our eyes are usually looking. Get down low, up high, inside or outside. Wherever you shoot from, just do it from someplace unusual.
Sunset is at 4:56 so we'll have some good light. I want to do it downtown again because this is convenient to places where we can step inside to warm up if needed. We'll start at the corner of Welton and the 16th Street Mall and work our way towards Market. I'll put out some additional information as we get closer, and feel free to add suggestions to improve this walk. If anyone wants to, we'll find a place for dinner or coffee afterwards.
I will try to plan a Sunday walk in February for those that can't make a Saturday walk.
