Yoga & Mingle

"Yesterday I got kicked out of yoga class. My instructor said you need to go. I said namaste."

Come out for 45 mins of yoga taught by Dr. Rhett Schweitzer, DPT, OCS, MTC, RYT who is a certified yoga instructor and a doctor in physical therapy (so he knows the body very well). This session is meant for beginners, so no experience is necessary. After yoga, we will have doughnuts, snacks, beers and bubbly waters to have and mingle with other yogis.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle. There is also a hot tub on site if you want to take a dip as well.

There is parking public parking lot next to the Westend Apartments. We will meet inside the main building on the second floor.
