Inspired by the key principles of Mindfulness, Mindfitness will help you develop a broad understanding of howbody mechanics and instinct work and how these can be educated through the technique. 

The group sessions are a fun, safe and great way to tone up, revitalising spirit, mind and body and contributing to sustainable development of flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, power, speed, agility, accuracy and coordination.
