This Root Chakra session is a mirror. It reflects what your nervous system has been trying to say and gives you words and practices to feel steady again.

• How the Root Chakra explains the drop in your stomach and the rush to fix it
• A five minute reset to stop the spiral and return to choice
• Language to ask for pace and clarity by date two
• A simple safety plan for the first three dates

It is education plus a brief guided practice plus reflection. Not therapy. You decide how much to share. The goal is simple and useful tools you can use the same day.
