Mindful Walking In Nature
Learn how to be mindful while walking. Walk along trails surrounded by meadows with views of the open sky and the mountains. Relish the joy of being in the moment and be fully aware of your body and mind. You will be guided by Mindfulness demonstrations during the walk. Agenda: 8:00 - 8:15 - Check-in 8:30 - Walking session 1 9:00 - Walking session 2 9:45 - Sitting In Silence 10:00 - Closing Guidelines for Participants: (1) No cell phone usage during the walk. (2) Silence is observed at all times . (3) Bring your own snacks, water or beverages to keep you hydrated. (4) Wear walking shoes, hat and in layers. (5) Anyone with good health condition can participate. (6) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
