We are your host, The HeartWell Institute, and we look forward to meeting you.
At our peaceful urban retreat center (and Air Bnb) in the Tatnuck Square area of Worcester, we hold free and low-cost stress-reduction, mindfulness, and meditation classes, events, and training programs online and in person. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)–a research-proven way to reduce stress–and cultural and racial literacy–are at the heart of all of our programs.
The HeartWell Institute's mission is to foster collective healing through stress-reduction programs, mindfulness classes, and contemplative practices. We have a two-fold approach; first, we focus on building resilience for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and those underrepresented in our society by breaking down barriers of access to mental health, wellness, and education. Second, we are committed to supporting the health and wellness of mental health providers, educators, and our whole community.
