Here at Mindfullybeing, we offer a range of classes, courses and workshops in mindfulness training. We could think of the practice of mindfulness as exercising a skill in observing our present experience with an attitude of acceptance, appreciation and an openness to learning healthier responses to challenging situations. See more in "What is Mindfulness?" (https://www.mindfullybeing.co.uk/what-is-mindfulness-.html)
Our aim is to offer these skills to individuals and organisations, in order to support the well-being, happiness, health and effectiveness of all our clients and the community as a whole.
Mindfullybeing is also a member of the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations (http://bemindful.co.uk/teacher-profile/7954/). Since 2009, we have offered mindfulness training to thousands of people with a positive impact on their lives. Our various classes and courses are all designed to help you manage stress more effectively and engage more confidently and creatively with the world.

to explore what mindfulness is and isn’t,
how mindfulness works and the benefits of training,
to raise awareness about mindfulness-based approaches,
to orientate participants as to what the course offers and demands,
for you to assess the expectations of the course and its suitability at this point in your life.
