You can attend this taster session in person and meet our teacher face to face and with other potential participants. The Taster session lasts for two hours you can then book for the whole eight-week course starting the following week.

Tasters are open to everyone interested in mindfulness.
For all participants intending to train in mindfulness we have found it essential;
to explore what mindfulness is and isn’t,
how mindfulness works and the benefits of training,
to raise awareness about mindfulness-based approaches,
