At this retreat, we will use nature as a background for a comprehensive digital detox and a profound nervous system reset. Through various therapeutic and mindfulness meditation techniques, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices, you will gain tools that you can use in all areas of your life.
The retreat takes place at the stunning Auberge Yoga Salamandre, just 1 hour from Montreal and 15 minutes from Bromont.
Led by Dr. Moire Stevenson, Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in mental health and a background in biology and biochemistry, this retreat draws on evidence-based ecotherapy and somatic techniques to create lasting psychological benefit.
