The Gong is On!!
Come along to relax, lie wrapped in blankets, warm and safe and experience the highly effective and deeply relaxing effect of the sound and vibrations of the Gongs, drums, Tibetan Bowls and other instruments. The complex layers of sound will take you to a calm, relaxed and energising space, offering a awesome experience to help you deal with stress, anxiety and many other issues that modern day life shares with us.
The Gong bath will last for just under an hour and includes a brief meditation and an opportunity after the Gong bath to take some time and space to soak up the full effects of the session. There is physical contact or water involved.
To get the best out of the experience, wear something loose and comfortable and please bring an extra cushion or blanket for under your knees. We will supply the yoga mat, blankets, head rests and a lavender filled eye cushion.
If you have any hearing or are very sensitive to sound, are pregnant, have a pacemaker, any other form of implant or have any other health related condition please contact us to make sure a Gong bath is suitable for you.
