Meditation is the most fundamental practice for spirituality. It allows us to be more free from our mental distractions. We learn to be more calm and peaceful in our daily lives. Let us come together to practice as a community.
You don’t need to have any experience about meditation. A simply introduction will be given in the beginning of the meeting. A guided meditation will be also available if it is needed. In our meditation gathering, we will also have relaxing conversation, Q&A, and social breaks.

• your own sitting cushion if you want (We have regular sitting chairs)
• small portion of finger food if you want (I will have water and some snack for the social break)
