Come join us for our spinning class in neon lights, upbeat music and get motivated together with a group of like-minded people!
Research has shown that indoor cycling (spinning) can burn up to 400 calories /hr (similar to running). Spinning class can be more intense to allow you burn up to[masked] calories if you push yourself.
Beginner or regular riders are welcome! You also get to control how fast and how intense you want your ride to be!
What are the benefits you can gain out from our 50min Spinning class?
1. Full body workout –You get to train the glutes and hips! If you choose to stand up and train, you can be sure to train the muscles in your upper, lower back and abdominal strength. This will also engage your wrists, lower arms and shoulders, which can easily speed up weight-loss.
