Sunday evening meditation and book study at Mipham Shedra; Rinpoche is guiding us with Concentration meditation to Dzogchen. Giving inner attention; without judgement, without trying to change what is found, we develop gentle, loving acceptance. Quietly bringing presence to our inner lives, we discover our true nature, and how we are bonded with all sentient beings. We find habit is not intrinsic, it is developed and can be dismantled. Slowly, our minds settle into a new habit of profound stability which allows us to surf the waves of everyday life with compassion and wisdom. To love oneself, is to discover the true nature of all sentient beings.
Stop, breath, relax, watch the mind, and watch the watcher, with Tibetan Vajrayana teacher Lhoppon Rinpoche.
Meditation and phowa teachings begin at 5:30PM. Arrive by 5:15PM for tea and to find your seat.
