Public Meditation instruction & practice with Tibetan teacher Lhoppon Rinpoche. This is a rare opportunity to learn from Rinpoche, who studied in the monastery from 5 years of age with accomplished masters who escaped from Tibet during the cultural revolution. These masters carried the teachings at the risk of their lives. Rinpoche has dedicated his life to spreading the lineage of Truth, Love & Compassion.

Lhoppon Rinpoche says this about Meditation:

" MEDITATION IS THE MOST SIMPLE THING TO DO. IT IS ALL ABOUT DISCOVERING YOUR BEAUTIFUL NATURE FROM DEEP SILENCE WHICH IS A HEALTHY LONG LASTING ANTIDOTE FOR DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, STRESS AND FEAR. SEE YOU ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT."
