To ensure you get the most out of your tour, here’s some important information that you need to know prior to visiting us.

What do I need to know?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time, and bring photo ID for all guests above 18 years of age (for example: driver’s license, passport, residency card).

All guests must wear flat, closed-toe and closed-heeled shoes. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes/sneakers. Long hair must be tied above the shoulders, and loose-fitting clothes (such as long jewelry or scarves) are not permitted. Scarves worn for religious reasons are permitted, but must be securely tucked in.

Upon entering the building, please let the security guard know that you are visiting for an Amazon Fulfillment Center tour. Amazon team members will be in the lobby with visitor badges ready to greet you upon your arrival.

Guests under 6 years of age are not permitted and guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests may bring their keys, wallet, transparent plastic water bottles, and cellphones on the tour.

Safety around machinery is extremely important at Amazon, so we don’t allow the following:

Luggage, briefcases, handbags or backpacks

Cameras or recording devices (aside from your cellphone)

Food

Weapons

You may walk up and down at least one flight of stairs and walk approximately 1 mile.
