Snowboarding Trip To Snowbird, Utah - Mountain Collective Resort

  • to

  • This location is shown only to members

  • We are heading to Snowbird, Utah to snowboard/ski. Grab your snowboard or skis and let's hit up Snowbird Ski Resort.  I know this is a bit late in the season but Snowbird is normally open until Memorial Day Weekend in case you didn't know?! :)

Our condo is reserved from Saturday, 4/29 until Saturday, 5/6.  I plan to fly into SLC on Friday, 4/28 (staying in Salt Lake) and fly out on Sunday, 5/7, staying at SLC the night before.  Let's do this! Yay!

We will staying at Cliff Club Condominium, in the Crest Two Bedroom Condo.  It's a nice place!!!  In case you didn't know, Cliff Club went through a $35 million renovation with a brand new look started in the 2015 season.  It's a luxury condo! I been wanting to stay here since my first time at Snowbird!!!  If you ever been to Snowbird, the hotel you always see at the bottom of the hotel?  That's Cliff Club. If you check out Trip Advisor, Cliff Club has a five star rating! :)

The Cliff Club is at the base of Snowbird.

The cost is $275 per person from Saturday to Saturday, or $200 for less than 3 nights. The $$$ we put together is for lodging and some breakfast items along with snacks around the house.  I heard they got great breakfast buffet at The Cliff Club! :)

Please budget for your flight to Salt Lake City, shuttle to and from the airport to The Cliff Club, lunch and dinners, and lift tickets, etc.  I would recommend purchasing the Mountain Collective or the California Premium Pass to help save $$$.

The reservation is based on FIRST PAID and has a limited number of people. Whoever pays first will be on the "go" list. If you RSVP yes but don't submit payment your spot is not confirmed and I may move you to the "not attending" list without any further explanation because only a payment (not just an RSVP) locks in your spot.

    Payment Instructions:

    1. Log into www.paypal.com
    2. Click on "Send Money"
    3. Input the email address "[masked]
    4. Input the dollar amount of $275 or $200
    5. Click on "I am sending money to family or friends"
    6. Click Continue and click Send Money. You are done. :)

Refund Policy: You may cancel 30 or more days prior to start date and receive a full refund. Cancellation 14-30 days prior to trip start date, you will receive 50% refund. 0-13 days, no refund will be given.

Transportation: I plan to fly to SLC.  You probably should too, hehe!

Getting to Salt Lake is very easy! Many airlines have flights and the flight itself is under 2 hours. From the airport you can easily get to SnowBird via a rental car, or better yet an Uber Ski (Uber with equipment to take your ski/board). SnowBird is only 27 miles from the airport!

This is a trip for members of this group. All attendees must be a member of Mix Professionals and RSVP here.  If you know someone that wants to go, he or she must join the group.  By participating in this group you agree to waive all claims against the Organizers and meetup.

Note: This event is cross-posted on a other meetup groups with Mix Professionals being the main meetup.

ok, i'm thinking 4/29-5/3 or 5/3-5/6. should we avoid flying in 4/28 with u or flying out 5/6? cuz u'll have ur own place to stay in SLC?

Yeah, fly in on 4/29. I am finding a hotel to stay in SLC for 4/28 so you will have to pay for a hotel some where if you fly in that day. We are also not flying out until 4/7, which means you will have to find lodging if you fly out the same day as us, which I would advice against, once again. So, try to stick to the 4/29-5/6 schedule. :)
