Marijuana as an economic development tool

To all;
Consider this, not only would legalization bring about a Billion dollars into the economy, but it would create at least 15,000 private sector jobs while eliminating about 1200 public employee jobs. Those public employee losses would be prison guard's, local police, and prosecutorial personnel. These public employee jobs are what is keeping the public employee leadership of the DFL from helping us, but in the present environment it works in our favor. This could be the single biggest permanent employment package before the public this fall.
