There's been a lot of buzz recently about cognitive computing and the ability for things to start having a conversation with us. Siri, Echo, Google, etc. But one of the pioneers of A.I. and human to computer cognitive learning and interaction is IBM. At this meetup, you're going to get a firsthand look at just how easy it is to now implement highly advanced cognitive computing features into your app.

Speaker: Andrew Trice, IBM MobileFirst Developer Advocate

Title: Smarter Apps with Cognitive Computing

Remember that "IBM Watson" supercomputer that bested our human champions in Jeopardy a few years back? How would you like to take advantage of some of these exact same capabilities within your own apps? In this session we will enter the realm of cognitive computing and leverage IBM's Bluemix services for voice recognition, analytics, and natural language processing to quickly and easily power a Siri-like experience within from your own native apps.
