Gary's Lentil soup was delicious and so satisfying - you could have eaten just that and been happy. The croquettes had such wonderful flavor and the sauce went perfectly with it. Also, the fresh from the Farmers' Market Corn & Squash Salad and the Carrot Salad had wonderful flavors. The Plumb Cake had the exact right balance of sweet & tart flavors and tasted just like the Hungarian dessert my Aunt used to make! If I didn't know better, I would have sworn that it was NOT Macro!

Gary came back with his typical flair, coaxing a bevy of simple ingredients into an ornate ensemble. What a plate! The croquettes were the talk of the evening, as they ought to be. Because the desserts were too good to eat slowly. Or remember. Plum forgot 'em.
