When we experience life changes, lifestyle stabilization factors - otherwise known as good health care fundamentals - really show their importance. Dietary care, and exercise play a huge role, as well as finding a sense of community, such as we experience here at the Monday night meals.  These combined with some form of introspection, from Zen meditation through Christian prayer and beyond, are invaluable stabilizing factors when facing change.

Please join Joe Deisher as he presents how the four main stabilizers of good health provide their profound potential for stress reduction.

What a lovely summer vegan picnic in Palo Alto! Thank you, Chef Susanne and staff for this nutritious and delicious varieties of summer vegan salads! We are blessed with such a long summer, that there will be many more summer evening dinners to celebrate our bountiful harvest. See you all at the soup service next week!

Thank you, Yana! And yes, I happily volunteer to serve the soup, and there is almost always seconds on soup if you want it; and there is always seconds on the entree and sides if you have room for it! And factoring, the fabulous desserts and tea with no tip required - though we love your smiles and thank yous - AND the food is ALL Organic and ALL vegan, $18 is a bargain. This is the first price increase in many years, and we all know that organic produce has increased significantly this year due to drought issues. I look forward to seeing everyone at the soup service! And we serve genius soup every week! See you at Monday Macro!

These dinners are still a great bargain since you get organic (and mostly gluten-free) dishes prepared and served with lots of love. When you include soup, dessert and tea, it adds up, not to mention the tax and tip - which is all included. Only $18 for ALL of it is a delicious DEAL! ;)
