Soup: Tofu Jjigae - Mildly spiced soft tofu Korean stew
Entree and side one: Colorful Vegan Bibimbap - a Classic Korean Dish of Brown Rice and Seasonal Sautéed Konjac & Vegetables
Side 2: Fresh Homemade Kimuchi with mild spicy sauce
Dessert: Matcha Cupcake with sweet Azuki beans
Chef Shinobeau will only use a little bit of spice so that everyone including kids can enjoy the meal, but she will leave special spicy hot sauce on the table for people who love spicy food! Guests who order take out may request special hot sauce as well. Also, special half price for children under 13 (smaller portions).
