【Life as an Entrepreneur / 起業家としての生き方】

今回のMeetupは 京都工芸繊維大学 KYOTO Design Labが主催する Kyoto Startup Summer School 2019 との共同イベントです! 今回は関西で活躍する起業家をお呼びして、アントレプレナーとしての生き方をご講演いただきます。

Meetupの後も、21時まで会場を確保していますので、講演者と直接話すことのできる交流会へも、ぜひご参加ください。

What is life as an entrepreneur like? In popular media we see both extreme struggles and flowery success stories being painted, but is it really like that? What are the real challenges of living as an entrepreneur and what are the moments of joy?

In this meetup we invite entrepreneurs from the local area to share their experiences of being an entrepreneur. There will also be a networking session to connect with other passionate aspiring entrepreneurs.

This joint meetup is organized by Makers Boot Camp and the KYOTO Design Lab as part of Kyoto Startup Summer School 2019.

Machi Takahashi
President & CEO, Stroly Inc.
Machi Takahashi develops and runs the online mapping platform, Stroly, and the app Kochizuburari to create new experiences by connecting old and illustrated maps to GPS data. She also runs Map Cafe, an offline event that brings together users and creators to experience the joys and learn the possibilities of illustrated maps.

Isshu Rakusai
Co-Founder and CEO, Nota Inc.
Isshu was born in 1982 and graduated from the Graduate School of Media and Governance of Keio University. By his motto of making a "human" program, he created a software called Kamicopi when he was a high school student. Since 2007, he has gone to the U.S.A. and established Nota Inc., and he creates apps and web pages. Now, Gyazo.com has the most users in the world by its screenshot sharing system. He was certified as Super Creator of IPA and its project in 2003.
