What we’re about
This Meet-Up group aims to bring together people who love to dance with a partner - plain and simple. The purpose is to dance to all types of music by simply using the basics of social dance - rhythm, hand and body connection and emotion - without being forced into a strict dance style for each specific type of music. This opens the possibility of dancing with another regardless of expertise or music. We view this as allowing social dance to being a creative - and truly social - endeavour by permitting the incorporation of each person's movement and history.
