Let's get healthy, fit, and learn something really interesting. We're taking an hour, starting at 9am, to practice martial arts. Let's do it together and work on Kung Fu techniques and exercises that are good for physical and mental health, as well as personal safety. You'll meet interesting people, and get the opportunity to try one of the true gems of martial arts — Eagle Claw Kung Fu. If you work in Midtown, Chelsea, or the village, this is a life-changing way to start your day. Join us any Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
