Let's make the most of our MORNINGS and practice Kung Fu.
Every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, and FRIDAY we do a basic Kung Fu class that includes stretching and core conditioning, basic martial arts techniques, and pair practice in the unique art of Eagle Claw Kung Fu. We have two class leaders so you get plenty of help learning and perfecting your technique. This workout is designed to provide a solid kung fu class in one of martial arts' most powerful and unusual systems — Shaolin Eagle Claw. It's based on the powerful grip and attack style of the Eagle. Sound exotic? Well, it's also practical. Eagle Claw is fast, lethal and super for self-defense, as well as a great martial arts practice. Our two instructors our dedicated and you will be too once you try it. And did we mention—it's fun. So make the most of your midday break, and try some kung fu. Not only will you get fit and centered, you'll learn something meaningful.

What we're about

Let's get healthy, fit, and learn something really interesting. We're taking an hour, starting at 9am, to practice martial arts. Let's do it together and work on Kung Fu techniques and exercises that are good for physical and mental health, as well as personal safety. You'll meet interesting people, and get the opportunity to try one of the true gems of martial arts — Eagle Claw Kung Fu. If you work in Midtown, Chelsea, or the village, this is a life-changing way to start your day. Join us any Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
