Dear friends,
Join us at our morning Zoom session with gentle QiGong experience for the Summer Season.
We'll pay special attention to the heart, reducing heat. Fire Element movements, including also the joints, shoulders, ancles, feet, and leg strength.
No prior knowledge needed—everyone seeking healing for body, mind, and spirit is welcome.
QiGong, an ancient Chinese practice, combines slow movements, breath attention, and meditation for body strength and flexibility.
Sessions suit all fitness levels. Wear comfy clothes and flat shoes, or bare feet.
