Looking for Reputable, Reasonable Painter

Okay, here is a question for everybody. I am working on a new saddlebag project on my bike after getting the idea from aa custom builder out at the rally in Mt. Airy a few weeks ago. I'm refurbishing a pair of late '70s Shoei fiberglass saddlebags, but I need to sselect a good painter or paint shop thaat can color-match my Shadow VLX purple and paint my saddlebags.

I'm doing the nasty work, glassing the old 3" taillight holes andd the previous mount holes, then priming. I just neeed somebody to do a nice paint job on these so I can mount them before BikeFest.
