Great breakfast jaw jacking and a pleasurably nice ride in the Eastern mountains. Special thanks to Steve and Nash? for joining us fellow bikers during their 6 month journey around the United States. We had a good time even if the ride was a bit of a used grenade affair. LOL

Good to see everyone and great to meet Highway and Sash. Sorry that we lost you guys so quickly yesterday but that just goes to show why you always need to know the route plan I guess. :-)
Thanks for tracking us down, Billy G.
Make sure to go read Steve's "roadpickle" blog. :-)

I plead ADHD, and this plan: I will follow Jerry because his bike is in front of mine. The guy is not only an excellent rider, he is a cross between a GPS and a Nat'l Geographic...Thanks to him, I know know the geological history of volcanic debris flung from New Mexico.

Sash and I really appreciate AMRG for letting us tag along on this meetup. Everyone was friendly and you folks have a well organized group. Mule Barn was great, and Highway 14 was something we had actually had a brochure for, and was a real surprise to end up riding it with you. We're leaving ABQ this Thursday, headed for Los Alamos, Taos, Trinidad, and then Denver through the end of this month. Over the next several months we'll be hitting Key West, FL, Madawaska, ME, and Blaine, WA, and all parts in between. We mentioned AMRG on our travel blog. Feel free to follow us at: http://www.roadpickle.com

Super cool to meet this couple- LIVING THE DREAM of riding together across the US! Btw, what is the definition of "well organized" in California?

OK, Big Plan "A"! After breakfast, the Beek and I are planing to go on a little mission to find a safe parking area for about 30 to 40 AMRG rider while in route to the Car Show ride coming up on June 16th. Anyone that would like to come along on this mission is welcome. Not because we are nice guys; but because the more eyes the better! Brutal; but honest. The Madrid, NM area of Hwy 14 is the target area but fitting all those bikes into a safe area is the mission. NO; we will not rat on you if you call in sick to join us Retired, Non-Working & nothing to do riders. We promise, check is in the mail.

This is a great group. If you dislike brutal honesty - you might not like these guys. Ken had the audacity to ask me if I was getting to old to ride my sportbike. HELL NO! Why would I want a boat anchor? Just sayin....
