I am excited to invite everyone to our beginners tai chi class every Sunday (rain or shine). We will focus on the wellness and energic principals of tai chi and qigong. Learn the famous Yang 24 routine and the therapeutic Chen Silk Reeling tai chi methods. These relaxing and flowing movements are easy to learn and a joy to practice. There is nothing better than to practice together as a healthy, like minded community. Bring a guess and lets have fun playing tai chi together! Shelter from rain and restrooms on site and practice safe covid protocals. No experience necessary. Please note that this class is NOT recommended for elderly (75+ yo). By participating you are assuming full responsibility for your safety. Always check with your health care professional before starting new exercise programs. A donation of $10 allows me to teach each Sunday and is appreciated.
