What we're about

Do you love moving?

No particular steps or style, just moving as your spirit guides you to? This is a simple, guided movement practice which offers you the freedom to discover how you relate to yourself, others and the environment, encouraging you to find variations in your movements, challenging any fixed sense of self and giving you the space to create new choices through your body. A time to welcome in reflection, unwinding, releasing tension, enhancing your confidence and building strength and flexibility in your body, mind and heart. Allowing the music to guide you to listen to your soul, through your body.

No movement experience necessary.

Teacher Tali Rose: I have 10 years movement experience and qualified in 2009 as a Dance Movement Psychotherapist, trained as a movement teacher with Dr. Sandra Reeve on her “Move into Life” programme + worked with movement artist and founder of Amerta Movement practice, Suprapto Suryodarmo, Java.
